ABBY: I was just wondering: When did you start seriously pursuing photography?
I think I started getting serious about photography last year. Got interested with it as early as the last few months of 2006, though. I became passionate about it; I really tried hard to understand its basic principles by getting my hands on books and scouring the internet for tutorials. I grabbed a camera and started shooting! When I saw how much I enjoyed it and how satisfying it is as a medium to share one's creativity and experience, that's when I realized photography is a part of me. Just like what Hamad Darwish said, "I gave it a try and now I can't live without it!"
