It depends on what camera you are planning to buy. SLR cameras are much inexpensive compared to their digital counterpart. I think prices lie between the 2-10thou range(?). On the other hand, prices of digital cameras are on the 10-35thou range(?).

FRANCE: How do you do the light drawings?
If you're just using a point & shoot digital camera, try this:
1. Set you camera to Night mode.
2. Disable the flash.
3. Set the timer.
4. Click the shutter button.
5. Now draw anything you want using your light source (pen light, glow sticks, etc.)
